Orders are processed within 48 hours from their placement, on working days, from Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Shipments are made on business days and hours as follows:

• GREECE
  - via DHL, with FREE SHIPPING, within 1-2 business days from the delivery of the product to the transportation company.
  - via ELTA  with FREE SHIPPING (for remote areas within GREECE)

         -via Geniki Taxydromiki, with FREE SHIPPING, within 2-3 business days,               in case you pay through cash on delivery. 

• European Union
  via DHL, with shipping cost 15€, within 1-2 business days of delivery of the product to the transportation company.
• United Kingdom
  via DHL, with shipping cost 15€, within 1-2 business days of delivery of the product to the transport company.
• United States
  via DHL, with shipping cost 20€, within 2-5 business days from the delivery of the product to the transport company.

The delivery timeline that is described above, is indicative. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen reasons.

Upon receipt, check that the packaging has not been damaged before receiving it.

In case of non-delivery of the order under the customer's responsibility, the package will be returned to our company and the customer will be charged the return costs (amount of 5€ for customers within GREECE, amount of 10€ for worldwide customers).

For orders outside of the Εuropean Union , the shipping price does not include any import duties or local taxes , for which the recipient is responsible.
We are not responsipble for any delay caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Duties and other import-related taxes and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not deliver to P.O boxes.
