FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS IN GREECE

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, within 14 days from the date you received your order. In this case, you will be charged the cost of returning the products.

Refund will take place within 10 business days from receiving and inspect your package.

Shipping expenses are not to be refunded for worldwide customers.
The exchange of products is it not supported.

Defective products are returned free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that returns are only accepted if:

  • Inform us via email: littlegreekdress@yahoo.com to state the reason for the return of your purchase and the order number.
  • The product has not been worn or used, unless to try-on.
  • The packaging and proof of purchase must be returned as well, as all of the above are part of the product. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must be returned along with the product.
  • Return costs are covered by the customer.
  • Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is taken care of, in order to avoid damaging the product during its transportation. You can use the same packaging in which you have initially received the product.

Ways to return:

1. Through DHL using the bill of lading which is enclosed in your order. Ensure you get proof of delivery receipt. The return fees will be initially covered by our company and then they will be deducted from the refundable amount. For domestic customers (Greece) the return cost is 5€ and for customers elsewhere the expenses are 10€.

2. Or you have to sent us the products, through a transport company of your choice, after covering the shipping expenses, at the following address:

We ought to inform you that the company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the process of return. It is your responsibility to sent the product to us safely. We recommend the use of registered mail service or any service that you consider to ensure the safe transport of the product.

The company does not hold any responsibility for any damage and wear of the products after their use and in no case is it obliged to replace them.


REFUND

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item you bought, in compliance with the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. We will check the product’ s condition when we receive it. If you are approved for a refund it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We need about 10days from the day we receive the item to complete the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, in case we paid for it.
